How do I get to the hiking trails?
You can access the hiking trails via the Whistler Village Gondola and Blackcomb Gondola when you purchase a sightseeing ticket, which also gives access to the incredible PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola, a Whistler must-do.
Hiking Trails Around Whistler
The other mountains around Whistler are home to hiking trails of varying lengths and abililty levels, making Whistler the perfect place to stay while you explore the Coast Mountains on foot. Winter Hiking
Due to snow cover, many trails in Whistler are unavailable for hiking during winter. If you feel the need to stretch your legs in the snow, bring sturdy winter footwear and consider the following ideas:
- Snowshoeing – if you can walk, you can snowshoe on trails in and around Whistler
- Take a winter walk on the Valley Trail. Sections of the Valley Trail are maintained over winter.
