This summer, a transformation is underway in the East Tower as part of a two-phase guest room renovation, with full completion in Fall 2027. Each suite is being fully refreshed with updated bathrooms, modern kitchens and dining areas, new furnishings, and refined finishes throughout. During your stay, all amenities remain fully open, including the Grill & Vine Restaurant, FireRock Lounge, pool, spa, Westin Workout fitness centre and meeting spaces. The guest experience remains uninterrupted throughout your visit.
Deluxe Studio Suite: Deluxe Studio Suites offer a variety of design layouts, from vaulted ceilings to lofts and a variety of views, including a limited number of Junior Suites with two queen Westin Heavenly Bed s. As an open concept design, these rooms feature a king sized Westin Heavenly Bed, queen-size pull out sofa bed, kitchen and ample work desk area. Many feature a balcony and/or patio.
One Bedroom Suite: The One Bedroom Suites offer a variety of design layouts from an oversized bedroom that can easily accommodate a crib to a patio that opens up to landscaped gardens. The suite features a queen sized Westin Heavenly Bed in the bedroom and a queen-size pull out sofa bed in the living room. There is also a dining area with table for four persons plus kitchen.
Two Bedroom Suite: The Two Bedroom Suites feature exquisite design layouts with a king sized Westin Heavenly Bed in one bedroom with en suite and a queen sized Westin Heavenly Bed in the other. The living area is spacious with a queen-size pull out sofa bed, dining area for four and island kitchen counters in a number of them. These suites are ideal accommodations for families.
Penthouse Mountain Suite: This is the ultimate in luxury accommodation with over 1,500 square feet sprawling over two levels. Located in our East Tower, the Penthouse Mountain Suites command breathtaking views of either Whistler Village and mountains or the forested hills. The living room, with vaulted ceiling, features a dining room table for six, a u-shaped designed kitchen, washer and dryer utility closet, den, bedroom and two queen sized pull out sofa beds. The second level features a magnificent master bedroom with a king sized Westin Heavenly Bed and Jacuzzi soaker tub. There is also a loft with a queen sized pull out sofa bed.

We stayed here for one night, and had a great stay. We had booked a queen studio with sofabed for the family (2 kids), and got upgraded to a queen one bedroom suite with sofabed.
Very nice room, spacious living area and bathroom. The bedroom was pretty cramped, but having the separate space is still worth it. Kitchen came fully stocked with cutlery, dishes, and basic cooking equipment. Good sized fridge and freezer within, and even a dishwasher.
The location was nice, and at the very end of the village (lower village), so it does mean you need to walk a bit to get through the village for many things. But still, everything is under a 10 minute walk. If you like a quiet, and non-busy area, this is for you.
The pool was great for the kids, and seemed to have a fair mix of young families and some older people too. The indoor, outdoor pool, along with indoor and outdoor hot tubs makes it useful all year round. The pool was probably the warmest pool I've been in at a hotel, which was great for the kids.
Overall, the hotel was very nice, staff were very friendly and attentive, and we enjoyed our one night stay.

We had an excellent stay at the The Westin Resort & Spa, Whistler and would happily return. The location is outstanding—right in Whistler Village, with easy access to the gondolas, shops, restaurants, and walking trails, making it an ideal base for both skiing and summer mountain activities.
The resort itself is beautifully designed, with a warm alpine feel that suits its surroundings perfectly. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, with a kitchenette and separate living area that made the stay feel relaxed and convenient, especially for a longer visit.
Staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay, from check-in to concierge recommendations. Great to hear so many fellow Aussie accents!
Overall, The Westin Whistler delivers a true resort experience in an unbeatable location. We would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Whistler who wants comfort, convenience, and great facilities in one place.

Stayed here with my family and had a great time. The hot tub and pool are a great addition to your Whistler stay. Staff are exceptionally pleasant and the room was clean. Great view of the mountains from the 6th floor. I just wish there was a nespresso machine :)

Beautiful hotel! Our room had a mountain view and included a coffee maker and fireplace. Great location. We had the 3 course dinner in the lobby restaurant and it was amazing! Really friendly staff all through out. Definitely recommend for a weekend away in Whistler!

We stayed here in a one-bedroom suite for several days last August. I don't usually give out 5 stars since there is usually room for some improvement but I'm having difficulty finding anything here.
The hotel is located at the South end of the Village next to trailheads and chairlifts and all the Village has to offer. Checkin staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast buffet was great - couldn't be better, and worth it. Hotel has hot tub, swimming pool, steam rooms, sauna, and a well equipped gym, all of which we used every day and we're great
Wwve stayed at a number of other hotels in the Village, but this one is tops.
Would we stay here again? Absolutely, wouldn't consider another Village hotel. I recommended it to some of our hiking group who are staying there this August. Special thanks to Isobel, Guest Relations Manager..
