Excellent facility

Very nice clean modern room. Comfortable bed. Everything functioned perfectly. Staff very friendly and efficient. The indoor basement parking is secure and very clean. Some stalls are a bit small.
Great location near the Whistler center and all the shops, restaurants, and pubs.

Location is good. Parking is $28 a night but there are plenty of spaces. Garage smells horrible. I recommend running to the elevator. Amenities are minimal and everything is extra. Asked if there was a microwave we could use and they said that it was $10 a night to use one. I have stayed in many places in many countries this is the first one to charge for a microwave. Bathrooms are not great. Ceiling in the bathroom has mold. There is a hot tub and its warms with functional jets. The tiles are breaking off and I would be careful around them since several had edges that were quite sharp.

Fantastic Stay – Exceptional Service and Great Amenities!

​We have stayed at the Listel Hotel several times now, and the experience remains absolutely great. This visit was particularly memorable because of how the staff handled a stressful booking situation.

We made the mistake of booking through Expedia this time, and after the issues we encountered, we will definitely be booking directly with the hotel from now on. Despite the complications caused by the third party, the hotel staff—and Kate in particular—were absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to resolve the issue and ensure our stay was seamless.

​ The location is perfect—just a short walk and very close to the village. Also, the hotel restaurant is a must-try! They even have an Ice Room for vodka tastings if you're looking for a cool, unique experience.

The hospitality here is consistently top-notch. If you’re looking for a reliable, welcoming place in Whistler, I can’t recommend the Listel enough.

Just do yourself a favor and book with them directly!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Listel Hotel Whistler. Just an overnight stay on our road trip, but we'll definitely stay again on our next trip to Whistler.
We arrived around noon, and fortunately they had a room ready and checked us in - what a pleasant surprise!
Front dest staff were so friendly and helpful and cheerfully answered all our questions about the hotel, the underground parking, and general stuff about our first stay at the village.
Kudos to housekeeping staff - the room was spotless and everything in its place.
Our room was quiet, quite spacious, and bed was comfy and pillows were above average.
The wall-controlled A/C worked well and relatively quiet.
There were bathrobes in the closet, a coffee maker with Starbucks coffee and usb plugins for your phone.
Common areas had water dispenser and coffee decanters in the lobby for your morning joe.
It's not an opulent property, but budget-friendly compared to other properties in the village… and for short stays, like road-tripping, super fancy isn't necessary for us.
Highly recommend Listel Hotel Whistler!

What an incredible location! Situated right in the heart of Whistler Village, it puts you within easy walking distance of the Whistler Village Gondola and all the vibrant dining, shopping, and nightlife the village has to offer. On top of that, driving in and out is a breeze with quick, hassle-free access back to the Sea-to-Sky Highway.
Underground parking is available for $28 per 24 hours, which is quite reasonable for such a central spot. We were lucky enough to get an early check-in (subject to room availability) and even received a room upgrade! The rooms are exceptionally neat, clean, and well-equipped with great amenities, including Starbucks coffee pods to start your morning right. Don't miss out on Ice Room inside the hotel—even if you just drop by to check it out, sampling vodka in a sub-zero ice room bundled in arctic parkas is a signature Whistler experience you have to try!
