Cornucopia features 100+ events throughout November! 2022 saw the return of lively signature events and chef's table luncheons, along with drink seminars, the culinary stage series, and Whistler’s bar and restaurant events.

2022 Signature Events

House Party: Best of BC

Thursday, November 10 | 6 - 9 PM
Kicking off Cornucopia with food and drink aplenty, share and celebrate at House Party: Best of BC. Join for an evening that combines live music, local foods, and of course, domestic wines, spirits and beer. A perennial sell-out.

Cellar Door

Friday, November 11 | 8 - 11 PM
Cellar Door unlocks the gates to the world of fine wines and champagnes by uncorking top-shelf bottles (valued $35 and up) from different regions around the world. An excellent event for the connoisseur of fine wines. Appies and music will accompany the tastings.

CRUSH Grand Tasting

Saturday, November 12 | 7:30 - 11 PM
The flagship tasting event of Cornucopia, CRUSH creates a vibrant atmosphere to sip, sample and savour your way through dozens of wineries. From New World to Old World, Merlot to Champagne, there is opportunity for the attendee to discover a new favourite gem, or ten!

With a Twist

Sunday, November 13 | 8 - 11 PM
With a Twist Silent Disco is your chance to let your hair down, in your own way. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a pair of headphones, a glass and drink tokens . . . and then the rest is up to you. Tune in with your favourite DJ (each spinning live), work your way through the innovative cocktails, beers and spirits.

Taste of the World: Tapas

Friday, November 18 | 8 - 10:30 PM
Focused on delicious tapas with Spanish and Latin influence, Taste of The World allows guests to experience the magic of pairing food and drink. This flavourful culinary journey allows you to pair different wines, beers and spirits alongside a variety of delicious tapas.

Poured

Saturday, November 19 | 8 - 11 PM
The most all-encompassing drink event at Cornucopia, Poured Grand Tasting offers a world of exploration for the beverage connoisseur. Capturing drinks from scotch, gin and vodka, to expertly-crafted BC beer and ciders, and wines from across the globe, it's a spirited night of social carousing.

Signature Tastings

Drink Seminars

Taste and learn at over 40 seminars featuring wine, spirits, beer and more in an intimate setting with world-class experts in their fields. This is the perfect place to deepen your knowledge and refine your palate with experts to guide you.

Culinary Stage Series

Put simply, the Culinary Stage Series is like being in the audience of a live cooking show, and you get to enjoy the food creations – complete with drink pairings. The series features local and national chefs, producers and beverage professionals to provide attendees the chance to learn their cooking tips and tricks, and enjoy multi-course, drink-paired menus.

Chef's Table Luncheons

Chef’s Table Luncheons are quite the affair. The unique and intimate culinary experience takes place in some of Whistler’s most luxurious private residences, and features a carefully curated, multi-course menu alongside perfectly paired wines. The location is kept secret until the day of, and only revealed when your chauffeur pulls up to the residence.

Restaurant and Bar Events

Cornucopia celebrates Whistler’s word-class culinary scene with food and drink experiences hosted by local restaurants and bars. Winemaker dinners, cocktail pairings, brunches, multi-course menus and more are presented with safety protocols in place. Events are regularly added to the schedule.
