It was such a nice hotel, got a comp upgrade. The suite has everything we needed and got a fabulous deal. I was at Hilton before this, evolution is 10x better and the front desk agents were really friendly. Housekeeping staffs were friendly and professional as well. Loved the hot tub , pool and steam room. Will definitely stay here in future.

We stayed here for a couple nights. The reception/front desk is located in the Legends building which was a bit confusing at first. The hotel does not provide slippers or robes which we found a bit odd. Aside from that though, this hotel is great!! It has everything you could possibly need while away. It's truly a home away from home. There's in en suite washer/dryer, dishes, dish soap, stove, oven, microwave as well as a fridge and freezer both of which are a good size. Not the little mini bar fridges but an actual decent sized fridge freezer. It also comes with pots and pans to cook along with a water kettle. The bathroom has heated floors as well! There's also a game room on the main floor. We were meaning to visit but didn't get a chance to.

Housekeeping came every 3rd day which I didn't mind. We didn't have to worry about anyone coming into the room while we were gone since we were only there for 2 nights. You can of course as them to come more often but we didn't find that necessary.

Unfortunately, during our stay the family that had the room above ours, their kids treated the room like a playground which made it very difficult to sleep. We kept hearing them jumping off the bed or furniture and then constantly running around stomping back and forth. It was very loud. They were doing this early in the morning as well at late at night (10:30pm and later). This was no fault of the hotel though so I don't blame them for that.

We had a great stay at Evolution Whistler in a one-bedroom suite. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well equipped, and we really enjoyed the amenities, especially the eucalyptus steam room.

What stood out most was the staff. After checking out, I realized I had lost my wallet and called the hotel. Donna from housekeeping was very kind, understanding, and proactive. She spent time on the phone helping me through a stressful situation, which made it feel much less overwhelming. She quickly had the room checked and followed up with helpful suggestions. When we returned to retrace our steps, the front desk team was also very helpful. A special thank you to Jade for accompanying me and helping me check different areas until I finally found my wallet.

Overall, the staff were welcoming, caring, and professional, and the whole experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Evolution Whistler and would happily stay here again.

Great place to stay. Room had everything we needed. Amenities are fantastic. The pool, hot tub and sauna/steam room are great.

Great rooms, location and staff!! I wasn't able to meet for my luggage pickup. Staff brought into storage on my behalf and helped deliver to my room. Very much appreciated. Rooms are nicely designed and comfortable. Dual facing fireplace. Nice TVs in living room and bedroom. Pet friendly! But zero hint of pets as the rooms are very clean and smell fresh. Great hot tub and pool area with friendly guests to chat with. A short convenient walk to the Creekside gondola. Highly recommend.
