Araxi Longtable Dining Series - Pemberton

Award-winning executive Chef James Walt of Whistler restaurant Araxi crafts exclusive four-course menus that showcase his internationally recognized farm-to-table creations. Courses from the award-wining Bar Oso and newest member of the Toptable Group family, Il Caminetto will be featured. Wine pairings are selected by Araxi wine director Samantha Rahn, 2013 Sommelier of the Year, and service orchestrated by renowned restaurant director Neil Henderson, the Longtable Dinners are the open-air dining event of the summer.
Location: Pemberton, North Arm Farm
Tickets $225 plus tax and gratuity. The event will begin with a cocktail reception and proceed to a four-course, family-style menu crafted by Executive Chef James Walt. Guests will be able to meet the farmers and suppliers and tour the organic fields the produce was picked from for Chef Walt’s extraordinary menu.
