Whistler Village Beer Festival

This festival of craft beer is held annually in the fall and features two main tasting events in Whistler Olympic Plaza on the weekend, plus cask nights, beer battles, foodie nights and more throughout the entire week. Whistler Village Beer Festival Main Event

September 17 – 18, 2022
12 – 5 PM | Whistler Olympic Plaza

Not to be missed, the Main Event features over 120 beers and ciders to sample, live music, food trucks and more. Weekend General Admission Tickets and Weekend All Access Passes give you access to both Saturday and Sunday. Cheers! View all ticket options.

12 – 7 PM | Forged Axe Throwing

Head to Function Junction for a 1-hour axe throwing session and beer! Must select September 13 to book, with a minimum of 2 people.

Live music from 6 – 9 PM with Pierre Eady and free Brewery Tours with Hugues at 7 PM! Available on a first come, first served basis.

Bring your beer onto the mat for this one-hour class with Joanna Berringer that includes a complimentary beer provided by Gibbons Après Lager and Gibbons Après Pilsner. All proceeds go to Ashtanga Yoga Squamish's "Love Bank", a fund that relies on the generosity of the community to make yoga accessible for all. Participants must be 19+ to attend and all levels of yoga are welcome. Please bring your own mat, as only a limited amount are provided.

Master Crafters: Holy Grail of Pale Ale – $45*

7:30 – 10:30 PM | Longhorn Saloon

Master Crafters, presented by Grimm's Fine Foods, is a blind taste test competition where all the fancy branding is stripped away. Returning for its 5th edition, this year they are on a quest. Choice breweries bring their best pale ale for attendees to sample throughout the evening before casting a vote for their favourite. At the end of the night, each brew is unveiled, and a winner is crowned.

9 AM – 1 PM | Stonesedge Kitchen

Start your WVBF weekend off right with a Grimm’s Brunch Board at Stonesedge Kitchen, brought to you by Grimm’s Fine Foods. The sharing board for two features Grimm’s Ham Steaks, Grimm’s Rings (turkey sausage), Sauerkraut, eggs, and a pretzel with mustard. Beers are also on feature to pair with your feast. Best way to fuel up before the Main Event, featuring live music on the patio. Available on a first come, first served basis.
