Daily Group Ski or Snowboard Lessons (18+ years)

Group lessons create the perfect environment to build your confidence while you learn and discover the incredible mountains.

• Full Day lessons meet at 9:45 AM and end at 3:00 PM
• Half Day lessons meet at 12:30 PM and end at 3:00 PM
• Beginner Skiers/Snowboarders meet at the base of Fitzsimmons Express Chair or the base of Blackcomb Gondola
• Alpine Advanced Skiers/Snowboarders meet in the alpine (Intermediate skier to Expert Skier).

A Private Lesson is your most customizable option. Discover more of the mountains, or use it as a way to ski with your family or group of friends. With up to 5 people of similar ability per guide for a fixed price, get more from your visit. This is your day, and we guarantee to make the most of your valuable time here. To top it off, our Privates instructors are all top pros from around the world who speak a variety of languages on a request basis. This truly is the ultimate mountain experience! Guests can choose to start from the base of Whistler, Blackcomb or Creekside (Level 3+ only).

Extremely Canadian Steep Skiing Clinic (Level 5-6)

Steep skiing clinic for intermediate to expert skiers. Small groups of similar ability, combined with a serious amount of vertical with guarantee improvement, tired legs and an unforgettable ski day. Top guides will help adventurous skiers refine their off-piste technique on some of the most challenging terrain in North America. Clinic begins at 8:15 AM.

Extremely Canadian Freeride Snowboard Clinic - 2 Day Camp (Level 5-6)

Freeride Snowboard Camp is for intermediate to expert snowboarders. Intermediate - Advanced riders will maximize their experience on Whistler Blackcomb’s world-class, big-mountain terrain while being shown the best stashes and enjoying lift line priority.

Extremely Canadian Avalanche Safety Training - Level 1

Avalanche Skills Training Level 1 course (AST 1+) provides an entry-level decision-making framework for recreational skiers and snowboarders in winter backcountry avalanche terrain. This comprehensive 2.5 day program is a blend of practical field days with indoor theory and review based on curriculum as established by Avalanche Canada.

This course runs over 2.5 days with a blend of practical field days with indoor theory starting on the following dates:

The Avalanche Skills Training Level 2 course is designed for the serious and experienced winter backcountry user. This course expands on the theories and principles established at the AST 1+ level course or those who already have a solid understanding of snow avalanche principles. The program incorporates extensive practical field sessions in real avalanche terrain implementing a systematic approach for assessing and evaluating the potential avalanche hazard.

Camps run throughout the year on a variety of dates. These all-women weekend camps will help you master confidence at any level of skiing. Two days with top female coaching, in a safe and motivating environment, will help you expand your terrain and develop your skills. Après reception included. Prizes given out the final day.

The Camp - 4 Full Day Group Ski Program (Level 4-6)

Join The Camp for the ultimate multi-day ski experience at Whistler Blackcomb. Your goals for the week are our main focus. Whether you want to develop your skills and expand your terrain, or you're just looking for an incredible vacation experience, The Camp will help you reach your goals.

This camp runs for four consecutive days on the following dates:

Lesson Information

Group Lessons (Ultimate Lesson): Adult Ultimate Full Day and Half Day AM Lessons meet at 9:45 AM. Half Day PM Lessons meet at 12:45 PM. All classes end at 3:00 PM. Learn the pleasures of skiing/boarding in a fun, safe environment from long term pros who know the best terrain to learn and improve on. Lift line priority including fast upload at the base of Whistler. A pass or lift ticket will be required for all lesson participants. Group lessons run from November 23, 2023 to April 14, 2024 and must be booked online at least 2 days in advance.

Private Lessons: Build your confidence and explore the mountains with a pro who matches your exact needs. Go one-on-one or create your own group with up to 5 family or friends of similar ability. You can select pros by specific languages, skill set, and certification level. Plus, we have the highest certified pros with the most teaching and guiding experience. Lift line priority including fast upload at the base of Whistler or Blackcomb. A pass or lift ticket will be required for all lesson participants. Private lessons run from November 23, 2023 to April 14, 2024 and must be booked online at least 5 days in advance. Guests can choose to start from the base of Whistler, Blackcomb or Creekside (Level 3+ only).

Lift Tickets - All guests must have a lift ticket or pass to ski or ride.

Before You Arrive:

• Come dressed and ready to ski or snowboard.
• Ensure that you are well rested and have eaten breakfast.
• Remember to bring a credit or debit card to pay for lunch and snacks.

What To Bring:

Remember, weather conditions can change rapidly so dress accordingly. Please come equipped with the following:

• Helmet
• Warm hat and neck gaitor
• Goggles and/or sunglasses depending on the weather
• Sunscreen and lip balm applied.
• Waterproof & insulated gloves, jacket and pants
• Long underwear and turtleneck
• Warm dry socks
