This 4-course dinner tour explores four local favourite restaurants. If you’re looking to discover Whistler’s best-kept secrets, this is the tour for you. Listed below is a sample tour itinerary (Restaurants and specific menu items are subject to change based on seasonal availability):

• Stop 1: Appetizer (Lively & Social) Enjoy the lively atmosphere with a choice between two signature appetizers: Calamari a la Plancha (w/ Garlic Lemon Olive Oil) OR House-Made Ricotta (w/ Lillooet Honey & Crunchy Sourdough).
• Stop 2: Unique European Flair Experience shared dining with a French cheese focus: Prosciutto, Burrata & Fig Jam Crostini and Berthoud Savoyard (a classic French fondue dish made with Abondance Cheese).
• Stop 3: Main Course (Hearty & Local) Select your full main course from four popular options: Salmon Risotto, Red Wine Braised Chicken, Short Rib Bolognese, OR the Ratatouille Stuffed Peppers (Vegan).
• Stop 4: Dessert & Relaxation A sweet finish with the Chef's choice of Cheesecake (w/ compote) OR Chocolate Almond Cake. Guests often stay to enjoy coffee, tea, or local pints in the relaxed lounge.

Finer Things Dinner Tour: $209 per person*

This 4-course dinner tour explores four award winning restaurants. Included is a visit to an impressive 15,000-bottle wine cellar where guests learn the old Napoleonic tradition of champagne sabering. If you are looking to treat yourself to Whistler's best fine dining, this is the tour for you. Listed below is a sample tour itinerary (Restaurants and specific menu items are subject to change based on seasonal availability):

• Stop 1: Bearfoot Bistro. Start with a tour of the 15,000-bottle wine cellar, including a champagne sabering demonstration. Enjoy a seasonal amuse-bouche tasting plate.
• Stop 2: Hy’s Steakhouse. Choose your appetizer: A Prime Beef Slider, Hy’s Famous Nourish Bowl, or Seared Ahi Tuna.
• Stop 3: Quattro at Whistler. Select a full main course: Pan-Roasted King Salmon (w/ truffle creamed leeks), Fusilli Tartufati (w/ wild mushrooms & sage), or Charred Bavette Steak (w/ saffron risotto).
• Stop 4: FireRock Lounge. Finish the evening with a Chef's artisan cheese plate and local craft jelly in a relaxed lounge atmosphere.

Lunch Tour: From $138 per person*

Skip the reservations and dive into Whistler's vibrant lunch scene! This all-inclusive, 4-course progressive meal takes you to four of the village's best-loved local spots.

Self-Guided tours are available for $125 per person. Guided Lunch Tours are available for $138 per person. The drink pairing package can be added to these tours for an additional $45.
These tours run for approximately 3 hours.

• Stop 1: Starter & Welcome: Enjoy a fresh Garden Salad in a beautiful local lounge. (Optional Pairing: 3oz Red or White Wine)
• Stop 2: Shared Bites: Enjoy a delicious spread of shared appetizers, which may include Baked Brie, Hot Salmon & Crab Dip, or Bruschetta. (Optional Pairing: 3oz BC Red or White Wine)
• Stop 3: Main Feast: Feast on the family-style GRANT’S PLATTER, featuring Pulled Pork, Slow Cooked Brisket, Vegan Falafel, and Vegan BBQ Jackfruit, served with potatoes and kale. (Optional Pairing: Two 5oz Craft Beers OR one 5oz Cider)
