Amazing staff, location and super dog friendly! Stayed here three nights mid week with two kids and dog. Location is unbeatable and worth the smaller rooms. Have stayed in many other hotels in Whistler and this is our new favourite due to location, friendly staff, and being dog friendly. Also solid construction as cannot hear any neighbors or ppl in halls.

Our family had a great stay here! The front desk staff (Aussies) were very kind and helpful and we appreciated being able to park our car early and get into one of our rooms ahead of check in! Can’t be the location, right next to the village stroll and all the action!

We recently stayed at the Crystal Lodge for a family day and had a wonderful experience overall.
Location (5/5): The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Whistler Village. Major attractions are at your doorstep, the Whistler bus station is just a stone’s throw away if you're arriving by public transit, and there are tons of dining options and groceries nearby. Plus, having a Starbucks right in the hotel building is super convenient!
Service (5/5): The front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help us. Service was really quick and efficient.
Amenities: The hotel features a nice small pool and a hot tub, which is fantastic for a refreshing recharge after a full day of sightseeing.
The Drawback: The only real downside is the room size. We stayed in a room with two queen beds, and it was very small. There was barely enough room to walk around, and we couldn't properly open our suitcases.
Despite the tight squeeze with the luggage, it’s an excellent spot and I would still highly recommend it for the location and service alone!

We had an amazing stay at Crystal Lodge! The location is absolutely perfect—everything is within walking distance, including the gondolas, restaurants, shops, and the village. It made exploring Whistler so easy and convenient.
We were also pleasantly surprised when the front desk kindly upgraded us to a Deluxe Loft King Room. It was spacious with two levels, two king beds, and two bathrooms, which was perfect for our family. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the entire stay exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Crystal Lodge to anyone visiting Whistler!

The hotel is worth the hype.It's literally built on top of the central station of the village.The gondola is nearby there is a tim.Hortons and the starbucks nearby.In fact, the starbucks has been literally inside of the hotel.The rooms are nice.I personally got a room a bit too small for my family, but if we had gotten a bigger room, i'm sure we would have had a better time.There's a night.There's a nice hot tub and sauna, and a pool that are all temperature control.I'm pretty sure I didn't get to swim in the pool though, but the hot tub was really nice.They unfortunately don't serve breakfast, but they do give breakfast recommendations.They give a village map, and on top of all of The hotel is worth the hype. I think he works in the afternoon shift. He's a really nice guy at the time I met him. He, unfortunately had a broken arm, so I hope he gets well soon, but he was a really funny, very approachable, and you could ask him for a directions where to go. If you're renting a bike And he's a really nice friendly person on top of that. There's a restaurant in the hotel if you go to the south wing, which you will understand once you stay and there is a bike renting. From all the hotels I've stayed in, I think this is the hotel where I got the best sleep. Because the matches in this are perfect. The views are great. You get like you get to see the whole downtown of the village. It's a really good hotel. It gets a 4 star for me.
