Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath

A practice of deep rest and healing through the powerful combination of Yoga Nidra (Guided deep rest) and a sound bath. We’ll settle into a grounding, guided Yoga Nidra meditation- an ancient yogic practice that leads you into a state of conscious relaxation, where the body deeply rests while the mind remains aware. As you settle into stillness, you’ll be bathed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other soothing instruments. Sound frequencies help calm the nervous system, release energetic blockages, and enhance the effects of Yoga Nidra leaving you feeling balanced, nourished and renewed. This event takes place in a geodesic dome located on Whistler Mountain, offering vista views and fresh mountain air to support your Nourish experience. The location of the dome is on The Observation Deck of the Roundhouse Lodge, accessed via the Whistler Village Gondola.
