Highly recommend Caramba!! The food was delicious! Everything came out hot!! You must get the jumbo Caesar with the beef sliders and deep fried pickles!! We had the burger with tomato soup, truffle mac and cheese, spaghetti and meatballs and the wood fire margherita pizza! The $30 3 course meal is a must!! We were so full we had to take the dessert to go! Our server Melissa was excellent, she was so attentive and so nice!!! Made our dinner so much more enjoyable! Will definitely come back!!

We spent a week skiing in Whistler. It was one of our best dining experiences.
Advance reservations are highly recommended.
Stylish interior. We were seated next to the kitchen. So we could see the food being prepared and served with our own eyes. It was an experience!
There are relatively many waiters, at least compared to a European restaurant with a similar floor space.
Polite and attentive service.
It was a very pleasant dinner.
BUT...
Both the French onion soup and the pizza topping arrived at our table burnt and charred. See attached photos.
We noticed that the sous chef (or cook), in order to speed up the service, kept raising the temperature while heating the cheese layer of the soup to get the food ready faster... This caused the top to char.
The basically spicy pizza had honey on top..., a strange combination. The sweet flavours don't fit the characterful, spicy world of calabrese.

Caramba Breakfast featuring Lorette idk it said it on the menu???
Either way let’s make this quick pretty mediocre breakfast and for the price not even close to being worth it value wise…
Ordered about half the menu to try as much as I could here’s my ratings and reviews.
Hangover sandwich: 3.5/10 very protein dense if you like that sort of thing but nothing to cut the amount of fatty meat. Raw piece of plastic cheddar on top as seen in the picture, bun not toasted even slightly. No effort not thoughtful and expensive.
Avocado toast: 0.5/10 the avocado was pre packaged and tasted like chemicals. They positioned the avocado toast on top of each other making the top half soggy. Just gross overall none of us could eat it
Lorette breakfast: 4.5/10 potato tartlet burnt, rest of it was unseasoned or basic. Really nothing special but premium pricing actual cost of plate roughly $4-$5.50
Classic Eggs Benedict: 2/10 once again potato tartlet we order was burn’t. The hollandaise wasn’t event hollandaise sauce it was bitter, sour, and overall thick and inconsistent.
Service wasn’t great there was less than 3 tables seated not surprising. The server wasn’t attentive, and when it came to getting our bill it took over 30ish minutes to get someone’s attention.
Will not be returning.

We had such great food here! Not overly priced and great service, would come here every week if I could! Good atmosphere, not too fancy but still good for a date night or just with friends. The duck was one of the best I've ever eaten. All the dishes had simple but excellent ingredients

I recently dined at caramba in Whistler, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I ordered the duck and burger, paired with a glass of red wine, and finished with tiramisu for dessert.
The duck was cooked to perfection—succulent and flavorful, with just the right balance of seasoning. The burger was equally impressive, with a juicy patty and fresh toppings that made every bite enjoyable. The red wine complemented the meal perfectly, adding a rich depth to the flavors.
To top it all off, the tiramisu was divine. Creamy, light, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of coffee flavor, it was the ideal way to end the meal.
The service was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall experience. Whether you’re visiting Whistler or a local, I highly recommend Caramba for a memorable dining experience.
