We found this restaurant on our first night, what a result it was absolutely fantastic ?????? the food was delicious. I had goats cheese that was one of the best things I have eaten in my life! ??????. The chicken was amazing and the curried lamb shank was outstanding. The portion size was on the large side, not that we are complaining. On top of that we choose our food from the set Spring menu which was unbelievable value for money. Well done barman, the Rum Runner was amazing ????
The staff were efficient and friendly.
It was so good we booked again for our second night in Whistler. Again, it was amazing. The only negative was the noise levels, it was a bit much for us but others may like it. Thank you for an amazing food experience. I would love to know what goats cheese you use so I can try this at home. Phil and Tina

We had a wonderful dinner at 21 Steps Kitchen + Bar during our visit to Whistler. The highlight of the evening was, without a doubt, the mussels, they were absolutely out of this world. I genuinely can’t stop thinking about them and would gladly return to Whistler just to have them again.
The service was excellent, friendly, attentive, and efficient, even though we didn’t get seated in the most scenic part of the restaurant. Hopefully next time, we’ll get a table with a view! We were also pleasantly surprised that there was no wait to be seated, which made for a smooth start to the evening.
The rest of the food was also fantastic, with thoughtful preparation and fresh ingredients shining through in each dish. Overall, a great spot for a cozy, elevated meal in the heart of Whistler. Highly recommend, especially for seafood lovers!

Had a great time at 21 Steps! We made a reservation for two and opted for their $42 three course meal menu and it was lovely!
We ordered their bowl of bread and fried chicken as the appetizer. The chicken was extremely juicy and crispy and the rosemary honey was a great addition as a dip. I do wish the bread was served warm, but it was soft and fluffy nonetheless.
For mains, we ordered the braised beed and roasted half chicken. Both were phenomenol and I highly recommend!
Not pictured was our dessert, which was the vanilla ice cream (as we were too full). It wasn't bad, but a bit icey for my liking as I had expected it to be much creamier and smoother.
The service was amazing though! Would highly recommend.

Absolutely exceptional. The food was perfect, we had fried goats cheese, pork chop, bacon wrapped steak and short rib. All were perfect.
Bottle of Chateau Neuf to wash it all down with. Our waitress V was very helpful as well.
All in all a great night, will definitely be back.

Really great food and service. We had the fried chicken and mussels for starters. The mussels with white wine were really good and the chicken was crisp. We had the braised pork shoulder pappardelle, salmon, pork loin chop, and smoked chicken pasta. Salmon and smoked chicken pasta were bland but the rest of the entrees were delicious. We will return. Service was great and V was very attentive.
