Good customer service. They give you helpful suggestions which I have not seen in stores in Vancouver. They will help out as much as possible. Loved the staff demeanour and learned something useful for my personal needs. Will shop here always when I will be visiting Whistler.

Whistler location is great, staff is so friendly and polite. Jack and Lucy helped me find the exact products I was looking for.
Would definitely recommend going here if you're a lulu fan like me.

Beautiful LULU Location with a wide variety of options. We enjoyed shopping at Whistler Village location so many times and it’s always great service and enjoyable shopping.
The staff are super friendly. I asked them if I could do something to ensure my make-up doesn’t get on the white bralette I was trying and to my surprise they had the face and head cover to offer which was great.

I had an amazing experience at the Lululemon store in Whistler, Canada. Josie, an associate, kindly helped me exchange two defective products. I am super satisfied with the quality of customer service and the kindness of the staff in this store.

I’ve been shopping at Lululemon for years—basically since they first began opening retail stores—and I have to say, the Whistler Village location consistently delivers the best service. The team here really sets the gold standard and should train the Lululemon stores in the United States!
Every employee strikes the perfect balance between being friendly, helpful, and professional without ever crossing into being pushy or overbearing. While most Lululemon locations have friendly staff, sometimes it can feel overwhelming to be constantly approached while shopping. At this store, the employees do a fantastic job of explaining products, highlighting features, and checking in periodically, all while giving you the perfect amount of space to browse on your own.
Shopping here is always a wonderful experience, and I can’t recommend this location enough!
