We’ve been at the bike park riding about a week and stopped here every day for a drink. My kid demands a smoothie after riding. All the people working here are totally cool except for one. We bought a drink and I asked for a cup of ice water. The woman behind the counter said “what is ice water?” and offered me bottled water. She gave my kid the $8 glass of chocolate milk with ice and handed me the same cup for water sans ice. Annoying when we have probably spent $80 and they won’t give me a cup with ice.

Previously had good experiences with this shop but will no longer be going back. The mechanic did not inform me of the price before looking at my bike. They charged $42 for 5 minutes of work tightening the headset. Any other shop in whistler would do this free of charge or for less than $15. Do not go here.

They fixed me up real quick when my brake lost pressure then helped get me up and running again when my brake failed completely. Solid mechanics, quick service, and reasonable prices especially for the turnaround time.

Saved our holiday! The mechanics are so motivated and helpful. Well run, honest estimates and will definitely go back for any future bike needs.

These guys were amazing. I had a broken spoke during crankworx and they took my bike and fixed it right away even though they were busy. Then my husband broke 2 spokes the next day and they fixed it right away AGAIN. They saved our weekend.
