I had the absolute pleasure of working with 122 West Design Studios, and I cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every way. They assisted me with finding trades to repaint my entire unit, redo my floors, and install beautiful cabinetry. They also took charge of refurnishing the entire space, including my dining room, living room, family room, and four bedrooms, ensuring that every detail was perfect.
One of the things that impressed me most was how quickly they picked up on my style. They were incredibly good at knowing what I would like and made spot-on suggestions throughout the process. Sydney, in particular, was incredibly helpful, and Adele and her team were a joy to work with. They kept me well-informed of all delivery dates, coordinated the furniture delivery, and even helped install all the artwork.
Their attention to detail, clear communication, and professionalism made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. All in all, 122 West Design Studios is a fantastic team, and I’m thrilled with the results!

122 West is a fabulous retailer and great place to purchase furniture, as well as décor/household items. We bought a large sectional for our living room and Adele and her team couldn’t have been more helpful, from selection to shipment. Adele was highly responsive and flexible, and worked with us from beginning to end so that we could take delivery of it as soon as we arrived (as we are not always in-country). In addition, there is always a gift, a beautiful piece, a lovely addition to my home to be found tucked away at 122 West. Highly recommend!

I love popping into 122 West and it’s my go-to for gifts and small decor items. Recently we made a bigger purchase there for furniture and our experience was fantastic. Adele was really helpful, brought in a couple pieces from their warehouse so we could compare, and offered to put in a special order if they didn’t have what we wanted in stock. The service was top notch and we are so happy with our purchase. Reasonable prices too.

Stopped in just for a look and it was a breath of fresh air. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Great place for gift items for the home, new baby, bath or other. Looks like great design group.
I purchased a bath brush to use as a gift and she showed me a skin brushing brush that I also purchased for a friend that would definitely use and appreciate it. A good shopping experience.

I never write reviews but I felt this needed to be known. Adele was so helpful and knowledgeable. I needed specific things in a specific budget and she provided exactly what I wanted. I was very impressed. I live In Squamish so they aren’t limited to whistler in any way. Highly highly recommend.
