Awesome little gift shop. Lots to look at, and plenty of different things to choose from for souvenirs. Your usual gift shop stuff, well organized and thought out though. Picked up some candles and a wallet for my wife. It is a very busy shop due to its location so be prepared to wait in line for a while.

When we visited Carlbergs Gift Shop in February, we picked up a charming little mug. Unfortunately, once we got home, we accidentally broke the handle. I called Carlbergs Gift Shop and asked if they could send us another. They said that they could, and were very efficient and communicative in getting the order processed. I really appreciate them going above and beyond sending us a new mug. We really enjoy reminiscing on our Whistler memories every time we use it!

Small store but huge selection!!!!!! Really nice customer service!

Great variety of products.
Some products are limited such as tote bags they had in the early ski season.
My favourite products are the beautiful mugs and cups sold here that I have not seen anywhere else.
