I used to have a seasonal mail box here and also had lots of parcels delivered here. Was better service than the Canada Post, they had better memory to and even though it was kinda cramped for space it was still organized. For a small town, this is pretty good

Super friendly staff that goes the extra mile. It may be a bit more chaotic looking than other stores but don’t let that cloud your judgement. Too notch.

This store made me frustrated for a week. They blamed the other facility but the main problem is them. They are not organized with their things ,when I asked my document they told me the document was not in their store. We called the customer representative of the company and they keep saying the document was already delivered. When we went to this store again they handed it to me and not apologizing for the inconvenient. Please avoid this store.

I always have the best service at the Whistler UPS store! The staff are friendly and keen to help out to make your visit fast and effortless as possible. When they have COVID maximum occupancies and the store was full by people using the equipment indoors, they would come outside and just take the packages right off your hands to avoid having to wait in line for others to finish up. They regularly offer to package my items up and off for me. Thanks for your great service always!
