Nicole was very knowledgeable on all things packs and tents! This made our experience as things can get very pricey and it’s nice to know about all the technical details of the items you’re buying. Highly recommend her if you’re stopping by in here.

My husband purchased a coat from here and after 3 uses, the coat tore. We went to the store and they said the warranty wouldn’t apply because it isn’t defective. My husband has skied for 40+ years and has never had coats tear so easily with skiing. The material is obviously cheap and this store does not stand by their product. For the price, the fabric should withstand skiing. Waste of money and bad customer service.
Initially they left the security tag on it as well so we also had to go back to the store to take care of that.

Went into north face looking for some snow gear with no idea of what to get or what i really needed but Lucy was amazing! would of been lost without her. she talked me through everything, showing me options and what would suit my needs best. Amazing service.

Good selection of items but their staff isn’t helpful. I asked technical questions which they didn’t know the answer to and instead of taking the effort to look it up, they walked away. Either they need better incentives to care about their products and the sale or they need to hire better staff that care.

Very friendly staff helped me get a repair done to my North Face jacket. Communication was good, service was helpful and professional and process was smooth and efficient.
