This team is outstanding they go be on their ways to advise guide and gear us up for all of our snowboard adventures. Specially, Michael and Finn, who help us today with some heat moulding on our snowboard boots and get our friend sorted out for their first time in Whistler. Make sure you go see them for any snowboard in requirement or just to have a great time while we shop ! we will definitely come back!!

I had a great experience at this store! They offer a great selection of gear and the staff are super friendly. Dylan in particular was so helpful! As a beginner snowboarder I needed quite a lot of guidance when deciding which boots to get, he was very knowledgable and took the time to talk me through a whole range of boots. Thank you!

Fantastic experience today at Showcase. I walked in to grab some new goggles, and walked out with New ski pants, goggles, and a helmet. As I entered the store, Brooke greeted me right away and asked if she could be helpful. She was very knowledgeable and exceedingly patient with me. She helped me with information about helmet and goggle combos and then took about 30 minutes helping me find the right ski pants. Thank you again to Brooke and the entire team at Showcase.

Went into showcase today with a problem with my helmet I purchased there. Three members of their team Tyler, Grape and Sam were so friendly and searched for the missing piece finally finding it in a spare parts bag. Not only did they fix it for me but they didn’t charge me. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received would highly recommend!
