We are deeply disappointed with our experience at Whiski Jack Resorts. Despite multiple attempts to reach out regarding being released from our agreement, we have yet to receive any response. The lack of communication and care is extremely frustrating.
Our stays at Whiski Jack have also been far from satisfactory. The units are poorly maintained, with numerous issues that made our visits uncomfortable. To add to the frustration, there's consistently no parking available, and the staff interactions have been unhelpful and unpleasant.
This is by far the worst property we've encountered, and we strongly advise everyone to stay away. We sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and works toward improving their service and overall quality.

Amazing location, huge, spacious condo. Jacuzzi, multiple bathrooms, multiple beds, kitchen. Dual headed shower with steam. It's quite the place. Awesome when it is free too.

We stayed here recently. And there were a few hiccups but the company was responsive and helpful. Overall good service. We will stay here again. The location of the lodge we stayed at was right in the village a bit hard to find initially and parking was not super accessible. But we didn't need our car too much because of the location.

Clean, well maintained units. Very well stocked kitchens. Simple and fast check in and out. Friendly, helpful staff if you need them.

Our stay at the snowbird under whiski jack was very enjoyable. Everything we needed for our two night stay was in the unit, and if we had any questions the front desk was very helpful. The location was a little too far from the village to get to on foot, however only 5 minutes via vehicle. The hot tub was easily accessible and a great amenity to have. I would stay here again in the future.
