This is a brand new cafe, on the brand new Hilton ;) . Ok, the last part was an exaggeration, but this new Hilton Lobby, Cafe, Bar, and Cinnamon Bear Restaurant are 1000% better than last year's. And this Cafe is a big factor. First, the food and drinks. Our favorite drink is the fresh squeeze orange juice, large cup/bottle at reasonable price. The smoothies are great too, especially the Acai Berries. The coffee/latte/etc. are Starbucks - good enough. And then the croissant, mmm, so buttery. But make sure you ask for it to be toasted, it will flake almost like in Paris. The other sandwiches are pretty good too, again, ask for them to be toasted. Speaking of asking for toasting, the Service is top notch. Led by the fabulous Frida (see photo), the gals are just super friendly, ultra helpful, and always do everything with a big smile, despite the frequent craziness during breakfast and lunch. Ah, the vibe, yes, the vibe here now so wonderful. OK, not rowdy like the Longhorn Pub, but it is pleasantly lively here with other guests, but plenty of chairs and tables to chill at next to the Cafe, accompanied by some lovely music. For those who have to catch up w email, there are quite a few tables, some w chargers, so definitely a great place to hang out after skis, like the name. All in all, definitely a worthy non-rowdy Whistler Apres skis spot now with this new Cafe.

This store is severely overpriced and it costs 10$ for a crappy sandwich, I suggest going to the grocery store or anywhere that isn't a Starbucks location. The server forgot to make my friends drink and we had to go somewhere so we almost missed it. The atmosphere is alright but it's ruined by the boards displaying the double digit numbers for the food prices. Never coming here again.

A Must-Visit Café! This new café is a hidden gem! The freshly squeezed orange juice is bursting with natural sweetness, the perfect pick-me-up. The sandwiches are fresh and tasty. With great service and a vibrant setting, this café is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back!

We’ve stopped by here everyday for breakfast or lunch during our stay and everything has been excellent.
