We had a lovely pescatarian-friendly early dinner. We did the four course prix fixe which was an incredible deal for CA $38. Cocktails were delicious. It was the best meal we had during our Whistler visit, hands down. Even better than some of the pricier, stuffier options we tried.

Visited as a local for the 4 course prix fixe menu, was truly exceptional, from cocktails to food, was welcomed by a server named bash, who took our first drink order as she finished her shift and curated cocktails based on our needs and nailed it. The rest of our night was fantastic. Highly recommend

Everything about this restaurant exceeded my expectations! From the food, staff & ambiance. It’s beautiful inside & the staff were very knowledgeable about their menu. We got the 4 course meal & it was both delicious & affordable.

Excellent peruvian food. We started with happy hour but ended up ordering full size dishes. The salmon, chicken skewers, loved the shrimp with salmon and sweet potato, the corn bread is to die for with the butter and yes, loved the peruvian donuts with the ice cream. 10:10

Amazing experience at Balam! Food was incredible, tasting menu was such great value for the amount. Drinks were incredible. Every single course was amazing, flavours and textures were unreal! Service was friendly and amazing.
