Experience creative Latin cuisine right in the heart of Whistler Village! The guacamole served with taro chips is a clever and delicious twist. Be sure to try the plantain croquette, which is packed with Oaxaca cheese and full of flavor. The Amazonian fish is lovely, but the standout dish is definitely the Iberico pork tacos! They are juicy, bold, and unforgettable. While the restaurant is a bit touristy and on the pricier side, it's worth it if you're in the mood for something unique.

Such a lovely restaurant located inside Whistler Village. The location was very accessible and the atmosphere was amazing. The food had such unique flavors and the service was excellent! They have a wide selection of vodka, and it was really fun trying different kinds.

The food and service were fantastic. The Amazonian Fish was perfectly cooked, and I have to say their rice was also perfect. Rice is surprisingly difficult to get right, and they really nailed it, which was super impressive. I overheard the table next to us give the same feedback we had (great food and service), but the music was too loud, and they said they wouldn't be back. I agree. The music is comically loud, like ridiculous. It was so loud that you couldn't actually carry on a conversation with the person across from you. It's also music that's not to my particular taste (hearing someone shriek "Oooooohhhhh" to piercing wind instruments isn't my thing, but others might enjoy it). Servers were apologetic but have made it clear that this is the "vibe" the restaurant is going for, and it will -never- change. That's totally fine! It's up to the owner, and if they want to alienate one crowd while hopefully attracting another, then more power to them. Given the number of restaurants that have failed in that space, I would want to appeal to as many people as possible, but they have a vision and are committed to it. So, if you like good food and service (which they definitely have), and deafening, middling (at best) music - this is the spot for you!

Nice ambiance and staff, loud music. I got their 4 course meal, the first one looked like a soup but was in fact a cold tasty salad, The second course was supposed to be the mushroom but something like a meatball was served, seemed to be a mistake by them but I was also charged for 2 extra dollars for the wrong one. Pay attention to the small price adjustments because they won’t verbally mention it and you’ll be paying more than what you expected. I personally had a hard time enjoying the tuna salad and couldn’t finish it even with extra dressing. The dessert was tasty and beautiful. Probably was worth the price, but it’s a bit overrated in my experience. I hope they do better with the food.

Amazing food with an excellent mix of flavors in each dish. Service was top notch, with perfect timing between courses. We had the tasting menu which I highly recommend. Exceeded my expectations in every way.
