Beautiful space, better for takeout than dine-in We visited around 10am—well past the breakfast rush—but the place was still bustling. We were lucky to snag a table as walk-ins, but many families and groups weren’t as fortunate, with limited seating causing a bit of a scramble. The front staff was friendly, and food came out quickly. While it’s a counter-service setup, they do bring your order to the table, which is a nice touch. Still, given how few tables are available, takeout might be the smarter option. The space itself is stylish and upscale, but it’s hard to fully enjoy the atmosphere when people are hovering nearby, clearly waiting for a seat. It creates a bit of pressure to eat and leave quickly. As for the food: it was decent, though a bit overpriced for what you get. I had the Provision Sandwich—my girlfriend liked it, but I found it underwhelming. The chocolate croissant, however, was excellent and fairly priced. We also had cappuccinos—flavor was good, but the foam on mine wasn’t quite up to standard. Overall, the food and aesthetic are solid, but the dine-in experience feels rushed and crowded. I’d recommend grabbing something to-go and enjoying it elsewhere in the Village.

Really nice design and interior, a little steep pricing for the food (I get it's whistler so normally I'd be cool with that) but the bun seemed like something you'd get at the grocery store, not artifical (ordered breakfast sandwiches.). Americans was good but didn't knock my socks off. Ultimately still a good and elevated coffee shop/breakfast/brunch spot. Something that seemed cool and different was the rotisserie chickens they do.

One of the Best Coffee Shops I’ve Ever Visited! If there were an Olympic event for coffee shops, Provisions would take home the gold. Seriously. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is clean, modern, and quietly luxurious, but still welcoming. The lighting alone wakes you up like a good espresso shot, bright enough to energize you, soft enough to calm your soul. I had tea (yes, I’m that person in a coffee shop), and it was incredible, smooth, fragrant, and full of flavor. My family had various coffees, all brewed to perfection, and served by some of the friendliest, most attentive baristas we’ve ever encountered. They listen, get your order right, and genuinely seem to care. The menu boards are crystal clear and thoughtfully placed, and the entire interior is a design lover’s dream: wood, marble, and cozy lighting. It’s like if an architect and a barista had a really stylish baby. And can we talk about the bathroom? I’ve seen spa bathrooms that weren’t this nice. Clean, modern, and yes they have bidets. Enough! Here’s my personal checklist of what made it special: • Rich, tasty tea and coffee ? • Exceptionally friendly, focused staff ? • Sleek interior with cozy vibes ? • Well-designed menu boards ? • Stunning bathroom (yes, really!) ? • Bidets—bonus points for comfort ? Can’t wait to go back. And if I could give it 6 stars, I would.

This establishment is a master class in design, vibe, food and service. We only had breakfast but it’s the kind of restaurant to come back for lunch and then for a glass of wine at the end of the day. I can’t capture how nice the space feels in pictures. And blah blah blah if the food isn’t good but our lattes and breakfast sandwiches were delicious. I have no idea how they poached the egg in my sandwich - it was very special.

I ordered the Provisian sandwich. It did not taste healthy. The egg was deep fried and greasy. I ordered the drip coffee which was served in a very small cut. When I asked for refill they said they don’t but they was they said it was very unfriendly. Like they never heard anyone ask for a refill for a drip coffee… overall very disappointing I don’t think if I go back.
