Whenever in Whistler I make sure to stop in the Smartwool store. The products are nice quality, style, and colors and I always find some good stuff on their sales rack.They have added some accessory kind of items made by BC locals which gives a great flavor. Plus, the people working there are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

If top-shelf customer service, in the retail sector, is up your alley, Smartwool staffers are your people to provide for you.
Wearing “almost” a complete Smartwool outfit daily for winter work and play, I can definitely recommend their amazing quality products too.
It’s such a pleasure to shop at the Whistler Flagship store every single time.
The folks there, are always so informative and helpful.
Right from the friendly greeting as I walk in the door, to the end of each transaction, these folks strive to pair you with your desired and appropriate attire.
For years, I have been thoroughly enjoying their products, but it’s the ever-so-hard-to-find excellent customer service that really has got me appreciating this company more than ALL others.
If I could, somehow, get my manager to consider purchasing all of our future staff clothing, for hospitality in Whistler, from Smartwool, I would be even more stoked.
Again, the overall quality of the efforts made by Smartwool have impressed me.
Just walk in the store and see how pleasantly surprised you are.

I wanted to give you some constructive feedback as a long time local and having worked in this row of shops….
I feel like they are not really approachable enough with either their offers or personality. Now it’s the time to attract people! And the stuff is crazy beautiful they have!
But the store is empty. And it’s main season.
There is also a lot of nice smart wool deals in the clearance center and other places too which is not making it easier.
I’m writing this because I hope the store recognizes to put themselves out more approachable to the community so they are actually able to stay here.
And the store is beautiful. Just too empty. We love it. Be local friendly and they will help you. ?? all the best

Empty at 2pm on Sunday, Oct 6. There was my partner and I, along with one other couple in there. Two staff members working, but not one would acknowledge us or even look up for eye contact. Was the same for the other couple. I went in to buy underwear but will just order from MEC instead.
