I regularly take this bus and have found the service to be consistently punctual and reliable. I wanted to take a moment to especially commend driver Mike, who truly enhances the travel experience. Mike warmly welcomes passengers and often shares interesting local highlights along the route, creating a welcoming and informative atmosphere. His friendly demeanor and helpful advice on sightseeing and activities make both the journey to Whistler and the return just that much more enjoyable. He’s truly a standout part of the trip!

The shuttle service was fabulous. The seats were comfortable; there was a washroom on board; the drivers were both friendly (and good drivers); the departure and arrival times were accurate; and the views were stunning. The only criticism I have is that the signage at the Hyatt pick-up location is non-existent so if you haven't done it before, you might feel like you're not sure you're at the right place (there is a sign for the capilano bridge tour). While the instructions say that you will be loading your own luggage, the drivers did it for us on both ends of our round-trip. Overall, this was an excellent way to get from Vancouver to Whistler. Would gladly do it again.

Excellent service. The driver was professional and courteous. I felt completely safe with his driving. The bus left on time from Whistler and arrived on time at Vancouver Airport. On arrival at the airport the driver had our luggage ready for us before we had alighted from the bus. I could not be more impressed with the service he provided. I highly recommend this service.

Absolutely best way to commute to Whistler if not driving. Departs right next the Hyatt Regency Vancouver at 8am on the dot. Arrive 30min earlier to get seats as bus is quite full. Pleasant 2hr drive without toilet break, stops at Squamish midway. Steady driver. Departs at whistler village at 6pm. Sufficient time to do the gondola, peak2peak, short hikes x 3, lunch and shopping. Great view of the Bay on the way back in the left

Excellent bus service between downtown Vancouver and Whistler. It’s well worth doing as it’s a very scenic route with mountains, ocean, islands, forests and water rapids all to be enjoyed along the way. Top tip: nab a window seat on the right side of the bus on the Whistler - Vancouver route. Or a window seat on the left side of the bus on the Vancouver - Whistler route. Cliff our driver was friendly, courteous, helpful and a safe driver. His plea for those using the onboard toilet to sit down instead of standing made me quietly chuckle. Overall a great service. Take the bus, it’s easy, inexpensive, stress-free and is better for the environment. I bought a flexible ticket, which turned out to be fortuitous as we turned a day trip to Whistler into an overnight one and it was very easy to change the return date and time online, with nothing extra to pay either. And we saw the Northern Lights that night too....
