Absolutely amazing store, Staff, and the customer service provided! Had a mistake in an order & customer service was communicative, easy to work with, and resolved the issue immediately. Received my purchased product very quickly and am very happy to have shopped with Get the Goods as they were the only one with what I was specifically looking for in stock. I will be shopping with them again very soon!

Very off-putting experience in this store, they are not child friendly. We were not in the store two minutes before an employee asked that our toddler not touch anything including the stuffy she was hugging as she might be dirty. I wish that leaving immediately afterwards would have sent a message, but I got the impression this was the exact outcome they wanted. EDIT: I think the response from the store speaks for itself, they don't want your kids in the store. I'm sure they have lovely stuff, but I didn't get a chance to look before basically being asked to leave!

I originally went to this store to purchase a Cori Ross Whistler print which they have several of. We discovered many interesting and unusual items. Many toys and craft items from France, great gifts and surprises all around. Good for a visit especially if you are interested in items that you do not see elsewhere.

Ordered a rare art book as an online customer. Availability and pricing was better than I had seen after some time of looking in other places. Shipping and customer service was exemplary. Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and I look forward to stopping by in person the next time I'm in the area.

Very disappointed in shipping. I ordered over $200, and had it shipped. Shipping was $20 within canada, which is totally fine, but they did not pack my order securely at all, I ordered my product on November 17, and never received a shipping confirmation, then had to call, when they realized they hadn't shipped it. It went out for shipping on November 28. I picked up the package today, and couldn't believe how poorly a $200 order was packed. There were 2 pieces of tissue paper, and normally I wouldn't think of it, but combined with everything else, I was disappointed. The products are very original, and I think an in store experience would be different.
