I had one of the best customer service experiences ever, thanks to an amazing team member named Des. A day ago, I accidentally forgot my wallet at the store, and Des not only found it and kept it safe, but she also took the initiative to try and reach me through social media to return it. Her honesty, responsibility, and smart thinking truly touched me.
Des, you went above and beyond—thank you so much! People like you make the world a better place. Tim Hortons is lucky to have someone like you on their team! ?????
