Can-Ski village location is fantastic. Tyson is an incredibly knowledgeable and efficient boot fitter. He was able to make some small adjustments I never knew were possible, which made our ski boots fit so much better. All employees we’ve interacted with are so friendly and well informed. Thank you to the team for taking such great care of us!!

I bought a new pair of boots from Can Ski a couple of months ago they felt fine at the time but then they started to get loose. When I went back for an adjustment no problem Mark and his staff took care of me now the boots are great. Never had such a good fit. I have dealt with Can Ski for years and always found the staff very knowledgeable and courteous.

Joe helped me with a pair of ski boots and a new ski package. He explained their custom boot process and the demo center. Joe had me in a couple of boot options before I decided. He did a great job with the first fitting and then adjusting the boots after a few runs. I tested skis at the top and then he assisted me with the purchase. Great experience to test before you buy! He made a great custom footbed too.

I went to Can Ski Village over the holidays looking for a new women's ski boot. A friend recommended Can Ski and I was greeted by Tyson. I was a little unsure of their boot fit guarantee, but he assured me it was worth it. We were in Whistler all week skiing. I went in a couple of times following the initial fit to do some adjustments because the boots were really tight. Ry helped me the second time and adjusted the boots, They now feel awesome!! A great experience as I ended up with an amazing fit and a ski boot for life. Thanks team!!

I purchased a retail gift card from Can Ski. When I went to use the card for some gloves in a different location I was told there was no money on the card. I took the card back and was greeted quickly by Taelor. It appeared to be an IT issue and not a cashier issue. She said it had been processed correctly. She was a little surprised as well that there was no funds on the card. However, she quickly provided a solution and had my card back to $150 in no time. Great service and now off to shop!!
