Ashley and the two associates she had closing with her on St Patty’s Day were amazing. Very fun and cheerful crew. Store and racks are organized and well-maintained.
I came in for a re-do of a T-tape repair on my Patagonia ski pants, and they had me taken care of faster than I could say “Tenacious”.
Plenty of discounted winter sale product still available here at the moment.

Had a great experience here while visiting Whistler for a few days. JP was super helpful, checking to see if what I was purchasing was on sale on Patagonia’s website (which it was!), and taking a shot at fixing the zipper on my Patagonia shell that I purchased in 2017/18. Solidified my love of Patagonia and their outstanding customer service - thanks JP!

A smaller Patagonia store without a sale sections that I could see. Lots of seasonal items available. Very clean store and stocks are well displayed. There are two chairs for seating as you wait for people to shop as well as a kids clothing section. The store is near the playground area.

Have to say Rebecca at the Whistler store went above and beyond yesterday offering and completing a brilliant repair on my ski pants. Hand sewn in 5 mins. This is what makes Patagonia such a great brand. Thanks again Rebecca

Rebecca Armstrong provided amazing service. My wife’s jacket needed a new zipper. This Patagonia location repaired her coat within 15 minutes and were exceptionally kind. Thank you so much.
