Not sure if you can curse in google reviews because I would want to so I can describe how much I loved this place! It's just freaking great for everything you want from a pub. Strong drinks, done. Perfectly fried/cooked comfort food, done. Tvs at all angles so you can enjoy while you feast and drink, done. No notes. Went twice to eat during one trip, would go back many more times.

Roland Creekside Pub is a hidden gem! Beer is beer. What makes this place truly special is the staff, who are genuinely friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The creekside setting adds a wonderful ambiance to the whole experience. Highly recommended for both casual meals and special occasions!????????????????

We are local Creekside residents and I'd previously given Roland's a two star review as a result of waiting an hour for a table and a group that has just arrived sat down at the table that was being set for us. I complained to the waitress about it and she laughed at me. We left vowing never to return. Seven years later, we finally returned, service was great, food was excellent as it always was, and now they have somebody manning a desk to seat people.
Given that we would go to Roland's about once every six weeks, that's about 60 visits they've missed out on. Okay, maybe 30, but in any case, this is the cost of poor service.

Literally the greatest bar in the whole world. Unbelievable food, service, and atmosphere. And darts! Pull your head out of the dirt and get to this place. I can't wait to go back.

Pub fare, elevated and executed properly. Our meal at Roland's was a pleasant surprise, from the fresh fish on the Baja fish tacos to the burgers served on a tasty brioche bun, Roland's beats expectations. We tried some dishes that we're understandably average (the nachos and poutine were exactly what you'd expect, nothing fancy) but the veggie burger was a moist and tasty mix of lentils and chickpeas, with a fresh side salad. Prices were on the slightly high end for pub fare, but when you're in a location like this, it's forgivable. For a healthy lunch, this place has competition from Nita Lake Lodge, right next door.
