This is by far the best restaurant in Whistler. The food is amazing. We had bruschetta and mushroom soup for appetizers. For the main course we had braised bison short ribs and bone in pork tenderloin. Followed it up with cheesecake and chocolate gateau. The bar is known as a gin bar. My husband got a flight of very nice gin and I went with elderflower mocktail. Amazing. They even serve a non-alcoholic gin which tastes great. Out server was fantastic. He knew everything about gin and made recommendations to my husband for gins he should choose for his flight. I really can’t express enough how wonderful the food was and what a wonderful experience we had. Highly recommend.

TLDR; best food that we had on our trip (including 2 restaurants/pubs at the village and the lodges on the mountains) wonderful service and cozy vibes. Every single dish was packed with flavor and a great visual presentation!
Ambiance (5/5): It’s a bit dark on the inside but lovely chic decorations. The volume was okay that it wasn’t too loud that you can hear. It was very cozy.
FYI: Their bathroom is shared with the building so you have to go through some doors/hallway in the back using a passcode.
Service (5/5): It was a Monday 7pm and there were a few tables available so we were immediately seated. Our server was absolutely fabulous! She was super sweet and asked us our preferences for a variety of options. The kitchen also said that they didn’t like how the duck came out so they wanted to make it one more time, as a courtesy, they gave us a dessert on the house!!
Across the Pacific Skye was smoky, nice touch w the orange peel, and tasty. The gin comes in a huge goblet so def go with a 2 oz pour!
Cheese board (5/5): Definitely a good amount even for the 4 of us. We had a small taste of each of the unique cheese pieces. The jams complemented the assortment. It comes with a variety of breads and chips, which could have been replenished for free.
Duck Breast (5/5): It was an artistic presentation with superb taste! It was perfectly tender and had a lot of flavor. The roasted carrots and kale were packed with seasoning and taste. The portions may be considered small for some.
Short Ribs: I had a taste and it was fall off the bone kind. The meat portion was generous.
Swordfish: While the fish was very soft, I think the fish itself could have had more flavor. However, the overall taste of the dish was still great!

We arrived in Whistler for the weekend and decided to try a new restaurant.
Brickworks on Main Street was such an incredible find. We were there for Happy Hour and we were so pleased with the options on the menu and the large selection of craft beers. Only $7 for a pint of Hazy IPA and the tapas we ordered were so delicious. We had the Mushroom Toast, The Brussels Sprouts and the KFC cauliflower bites. They were so good we ordered seconds of the Sprouts and KFC.
Our waiter Javier was so genuine and really made the experience special dining there. He said he’s been in the hospitality industry for 16 years or so and it shows. You can tell he really cares about the customer experience and is very knowledgeable about their products. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and they have an extensive beer, gin and cocktail menu. Javier pointed out all the highlights of what they offer.
Our entire bill of four pints and 5 tapas plates on the Happy Hour Menu was only $80. That kind of deal for such great quality is hard to find in Whistler.
Thank you again Javier, we will definitely be back. Possibly again tonight!

Really nice group dinner here with many table appetizers, great drinks, and solid entrees.
The squash ravioli really stood out with excellent flavor. Mushroom cream soup is solid as well. The bread that comes with the soup and bison carpaccio is super tasty. Cauliflower and the sauce with it is excellent.
The entrees are solid, the lamb is juicy and the potato stack is satisfyingly crunchy. The chimichurri on the side complements the entire plate. Bison short rib is good and the potatoes are creamy. Roasted chicken skin is salty and crispy, very satisfying.
Deserts are solid as well, the cheesecake is very creamy and carrot cake has cream cheese icing.

This place offers a fantastic experience! The food was outstanding, especially the bison carpaccio, which was truly amazing. Their cocktails were also top-notch. The industrial-chic setting, with its exposed brick and stylish design, creates a great atmosphere. Highly recommended!"
