I recently took my snowboard boots to Millie for some much-needed repairs, and I couldn't be happier with the service! Millie is incredibly knowledgeable and a beautiful soul. The repairs were done quickly and efficiently, and my boots feel as good as new!

If you snowboard and you come to Whistler, make this the only ship you go in. The entire team are the most thoughtful and caring staff I have ever been a customer to, spending literal hours of there time with me to make sure I had the best fitting gear and could get the most out of the mountain. The manager Duncan especially has really made my experience in evo memorable and I am so grateful there is shops like this still out there. I come from a skateboarding back ground and this is exactly the same as your local skate shop, they just know everything to every question you have. Fantastic. They will be receiving all my business during this season.

Great service from Duncan who found me a pair of snowboard boots that fit me perfectly at a fantastic price. All staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this shop

Duncan is a superhero literally running the store by himself with another team member Henry ! This team is AMAZING but give them extra hands !!! Love supporting local, because of the staff!!!

I was looking for boots and one of the staff with blonde hair with black toques (forgot to ask his name) helped me. I compared with other boots from other shop and I ended up to purchase these from here thanks to his service. He asked me if I trust him. It was good decision to trust him haha
