Pizza was amazing, and prices were fair, but the lady serving us was extremely rude. We all ordered two slices of pizza each as a group of six and as we were eating at the outside seating area, the lady told us very rudely that we couldn’t sit at the outdoor seating area because we had bottled coke that wasn’t bought from the store… and then she said it’s ridiculous that we’d sit there with outside drinks. But the seating area clearly says “for customers only” and we were definitely customers. We spent almost $80 between all of us and there was still extra seating available so we weren’t taking up all their space. She also said that if we wanted to sit here any longer that we’d need to pay rent?? Who says that to a customer…?! and that we need to leave immediately if not. Clearly racism involved. If you’re a person of colour, becareful!!

If the owner or the older lady is reading this, you need to understand the difference between “Misty Customers Only” and “No Outside Items.” Our group spent over $80 on individual pizza slices — we were clearly paying customers. Yet we were kicked out of the empty “customers only” outdoor seating area simply because we had drinks from another store.
To make matters worse, we were met with a rude and unnecessary rant from the older lady about how we should be paying rent if we wanted to sit longer. For context, we immediately apologized and only continued to do so throughout her monologue about how we should have purchased her drinks instead. All efforts to de-escalate came from us — the customers. We understood and respected the policy as soon as it was mentioned, but you need to make it clear that outside items are not allowed. That’s on you. Don’t take it out on customers supporting your local business.
That kind of attitude is not only unprofessional but completely unjustified. Frankly, her reaction seemed less about enforcing store policy and more about projecting something personal. Our group wasn’t the least bit surprised to see, after checking Google reviews, that others have had similar negative experiences with her.
If you expect customers to avoid bringing outside drinks, then put up a sign that clearly says “No Outside Items.” Don’t punish paying customers for buying a $1 cheaper drink from next door (BeaverTails). If spending $80 doesn’t make us customers in your eyes, then your priorities are completely out of touch.
Also, the veggie pizza was cold and watery. 3/5.

The cashier was nice—smiling and accommodating. However, the lady preparing the pizza was not.
We ordered a half-and-half pizza, and my son liked the smell of the pizza inside, so we went in. She told us, in an unpleasant manner, to wait outside since it wouldn't change anything. I explained that my son enjoyed the smell of the pizza, which is why we were inside. There was no one else inside at the time. I then told my husband to buy pizza for our 3-year-old so he would stay outside.
The cashier asked if we were the ones who ordered the half-and-half pizza and then asked the lady about it. She rudely replied, "It's still in the oven. Don't rush!" We weren't even rushing her. She was very rude, and the pizza wasn't that good either. She shouldn't have this job if she's going to act like that.

I went there yesterday with my husband to bought a veggie pizza. We had a ridiculous experience with unsatisfactory taste of pizza with garlic and spinach toppings only on it. It was not looking fresh, the crust was thick. We had an unpleasant experience which we never had before. Even the customer service was not valuable, one lady was working there she didn't have any smile on her face.

I came here with my family for lunch, where we enjoyed various slices of tasty pizza. I know this locale has had some negative reviews, which frankly surprised me, as we had no problems here. In fact, based on my initial experience, I would come back.
