We had such a great experience with Arbutus Routes on our recent e-bike tour in Whistler! The ride was smooth, fun, and beautifully scenic. While we didn’t spot any bears this time around, the views were phenomenal — absolutely worth every minute.
What really made the experience special were our incredible guides, Mandy and Colleen. They were knowledgeable, super friendly, and made us feel like we were out exploring with old friends. Their passion for the area really shined through, and they went out of their way to make sure we had a memorable time.
Highly recommend this tour if you want to see Whistler from a different perspective — it’s perfect for all skill levels and such a fun way to spend the day. Thanks again to the Arbutus Routes team, and especially to Mandy and Colleen for making it awesome!

Visited Whistler from Australia and even prior I reached out and staff were super responsive and helpful. Fantastic experience upon arrival in store, immediately struck by excellent range & quality of bikes. I was seen to quickly and the guys just made it a an absolute pleasure. Coming to Whistler was a dream and they really kept it going. Quickly assessing my requirements and quickly adjusting bike to fit perfectly. Processed my rental super efficiently and catered to questions really respectfully. Alastair even guided me through ideal suited trails on TrailForks. But honestly all 3-4 staff I dealt with were all just amazing representatives to the business. The Yeti was perfect. So smooth, so tuned and a pleasure to ride. I would thoroughly recommend this business to anyone looking to rent a bike at any level of riding ability. Thanks guys. ??. My experience lived up to & exceeded everything I’d hoped for in visiting & riding Whistler.

My husband and I booked a mountain bike tour on full suspension bikes. Even though we didn't give quite the usual heads up, they found us a guide in time! :D Lizzy was an awesome guide, teaching me the basics of mountain biking (I was new), while guiding my husband on the harder trails alongside the easier ones (he was more experienced). I was finding some of the ascents challenging (let's blame altitude and jet lag instead of my lack of cardio ??), but Lizzy was supremely patient and willing to go at our own pace. The trails are beautiful and fun and we left very satisfied.

Awesome 2.5 hour tour all around Whistler, seeing parts or lakes and trails I hadn't seen before. Our guide, Colleen was super chill and a perfect companion for our girls trip.

I had the pleasure of riding the Sea to Sky tour with Lizzie as our guide, and it was truly one of the best biking experiences I’ve ever had. The trails were absolutely incredible — challenging, fun, and beautifully varied. The whole tour was well-organized and ran smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely do it again and highly recommend Arbutus Routes to anyone looking for an unforgettable mountain biking adventure.
