We had a great experience at this lounge , we have reached here at 3:30 pm , not busy and not crowded, they have a happy hour from 12-3 pm .
They have a pool table where everyone can access it for free. The ambiance is quite good , food is delicious unfortunately I couldn’t click the pictures .
We had wings , wings are 80 cents each and you have to order in 10’s. We ordered 20 and they are so crispy and tasty. I would rate them 5/5. We also ordered sweet potato fries - 4/5,iced tea - 4/5 , veg pizza - 3.5/5.
The staff were so friendly and were promptly taking orders and checked on each table. Overall I would rate my experience as 5/5.

I wandered into this unassuming bar whilst on my travels and I was kindly greeted by the bar man Yiannis I believe his name was. He made me feel welcome and gave me the lay of the land. Only having 48 hours in Whistler I was overwhelmed he was a wealth of knowledge!
Take care and I hope to be back soon

Had the kettle chips ( with cheese) and they were a delightful bar snack , but the most delightful thing about the experience was the bartender (yanice?) Knowledge on novelty shots and just a bloody good bar tender , cracking guy

If you’re looking for a fun and affordable place for drinks in Whistler, this is the perfect spot! Specially if it’s Karaoke night!
The food is ok, the wings were pretty good, but you don’t really go there to have an amazing dinner, you go with friends and have a great time!

I've been going to the Crystal Lounge based on a chance encounter walking by when they had a sandwich board outside advertising their happy hour from 12 to 3 every day since before the pandemic. Probably have gone at least a dozen times, each time with similar service and food. The Crystal Lounge is inside the Crystal Lodge and co-located with The Spaghetti Factory. For the most part, Whistler has every type of food and drink establishment you can think of, in some case two or three of the same kind. I've tried a few over the years, but one of my go to places is the Crystal Lounge. It's easy to walk up in the middle of the day to grab a drink and a quick snack and not blow your budget. But a few caveats. If you are looking for a place that has smoke machines, music that's cranked up to eleven and $15 beers, the Crystal Lounge isn't the place for you. What you do find is very reasonably priced happy hour ($.50 or $.65 wings, Sol Bottles, specials on pints of beer (usually one kind), specials on jugs of beer (again, usually one kind), daily specials on a drink or two, and a shot special). They have a pool table as well as some TVs. The cool thing about the place is the vibe. My experience is typically around Happy Hour times (or shortly after if I'm waiting for family to wrap up their skiing) so can't really comment on the place at night. Lots of customers of all different ages but definitely skews towards the younger side but there is a good mix of people in there are all ages. The people working there are used to lots of traffic but still treat you cordially like you are a regular which is great. I'm going back to Whistler for MLK holiday weekend and I'll be sure to be going back to hang out. So while I've had better wings elsewhere, better service and better drinks, I give this place high marks being an island of good vibes in a place like Whistler that at times can get a bit over the top
