Extremely poorly managed:

1) $1000+ a night and the 40 gallon hot water tank feeds the entire property with nearly a hundred units and a hot tub. Of course it runs out of hot water at night. Apparently there is nothing that the front desk or maintenance people can do. Their advice was to let the tank rest and wait until the morning to shower at the earliest. So basically try to take a cold shower or sleep in my sweat, brilliant solution. Desperately in need of an upgrade to a tankless water heater or better. Best value in NA. Stay away or get your entire party to shower early before it runs out.

2) There are three doors each leading to a flight of stairs and the units. None of them have numbers that include my unit. So we ended up walking around the entire complex in the cold looking for our unit. We found someone else in the complex and asked them and they said they had to do the thing.

Location is close to food and stores but not next to any chair lifts or gondolas.

Absolutely perfect location in the heart of Whistler, literally on a bike trail with access to hundreds of miles of trails.

Big 2 level unit with 3 bedrooms. Very clean, very classy.
Great access to the village. Quite close to the hills, and to all amenities, and you are able to drive up to drop everything off.
There was a hot tub up on the top floor, off the master bedroom.
Fantastic.

Very close to lots of amenities. Homey feeling suites, not extremely fancy in any way but very comfortable and our unit had a hot tub as well. The suite had 3 bed rooms and a good sized living room with a pull out bed, tv , and 3 washrooms with 2 baths. About a 5 minute walk towards the village for shops and groceries and well within range of all the necessities. Would definitely stay again for our next trip.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom townhouse style. It was very nice and practical, nothing fancy, and that's what we wanted. Full kitchen, 2.5 bath, private hot tub (a very small one, but big enough), 3 balconies, a grill... Had everything we needed. Was also a very fair price. We are coming back to Whistler next year, and I will definitely consider staying here again.
