We had a really great stay here! The staff were very personable, special shout out to Charlie who went above and beyond with our special request for a specific room and allowed for quite an early check in. The hotel itself was very quiet, the AC worked well and the interior of the rooms was funky and cute. It’s nice to have a full kitchenette as well. Location was amazing right in the centre and by great restaurants, grocery store and coffee shop. Although it’s rated 3 stars it definitely felt a lot higher class especially the staff who truly went out of their way for guests. Really appreciated! Will be back for sure when in whistler!

Great stay in an ideal Whistler Village location

We had a great stay at the Summit Lodge Boutique Hotel and would happily stay here again.

The location is excellent—just off the Village Stroll, so it’s close to everything but a little quieter than being right on the main pedestrian street. It’s an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the lifts, and the complimentary hotel shuttle to the ski lifts made getting to and from the mountain very convenient.

Our room was a good size with a comfortable queen bed, a sofa, and a small dining table for two. Everything was clean and the temperature in the room stayed comfortable throughout our stay. We occasionally heard some hallway noise, but it was quiet overnight and never disruptive.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. During our visit there were a couple temporary inconveniences due to building maintenance and laundry availability, but the staff handled everything professionally and made it right with a credit to our bill, which we appreciated.

Another highlight is the restaurant attached to the hotel, Laurette Brasserie. We had both dinner and brunch there and it was excellent—definitely worth visiting during your stay.

Overall, this is a comfortable boutique hotel in a fantastic Whistler Village location. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it.

A really nice hotel, perfectly located. Just 2 minutes away from olympic plaza. I had a studio room which was very spaceous with mordern furniture. There is an inhouse Spa, Sauna, Whirlpool and normal heated pool. Underground parking is available. I would definitely come back here again.

Our stay at Summit Lodge Boutique Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spacious, beautifully designed rooms that made it easy to relax after long days on the slopes.

The amenities truly elevated the experience — the hot tub and pool were perfect for unwinding, and the convenient bus service to the slopes made getting around effortless. Having access to a free washer and dryer was also such a thoughtful touch, especially after days filled with snow and adventure.

What really made this stay unforgettable, though, was the incredible staff. Every single team member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay.

A very special thank you to Liam and Cerys, who went above and beyond to make our holiday truly special and memorable. Their kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed and made all the difference.

Thank you to the entire team — we can’t wait to return!

Fabulous location in the centre of town with underground parking at $25 a night. The room had a sweet little balcony with views of black comb. The room itself was bijou but well designed and decorated. The outdoor pool and whirlpool are small and overlook the park so good to feel like one is in nature. The only real issue we had was the hotel took CAD $1159 in pre-authorisation on four separate occasions over a 36 hour period rather than $100. Fortuitously, we spotted this and once we brought it to the attention of the front desk they did reversals, advising it was a 'computer glitch'. So my advice is, check your card in case the issue remains ongoing. Other than that, all good.
