Great that parking is free, but the strata has a predatory tow company (Cooper’s Towing) patrolling the drop-off, so you definitely can’t stay any longer than the posted 5 minutes before you’re getting towed. The management company was useless in that they did not warn of this, but admitted to being fully aware of this practice. They basically said their hands were tied and that it was the strata who was responsible for it, and the management company could do nothing. One woman had her vehicle hooked up while she was unloading and moving stuff into her unit.
Our unit was not very clean when we arrived. The fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher were visibly dirty. Dirty enough that my wife actually complained (which takes more than a little dirtiness).
We canceled another reservation we had for the week because the management company for THAT rental was honest about construction work occurring onsite during our planned visit…. This management company DID NOT inform us that the pool and hot tub would be closed for 5 days during our stay. If they had, we would’ve booked somewhere else. We had to ask for compensation rather than having it applied automatically for the inconvenience. Again, rep with the management company said other people were informed, so not sure what the oversight was for us, or if this was intentional to avoid people not booking.
Location is good, unit was well-appointed inside, but overall would not recommend for the experience we had, and will not stay here again.

Love this place. Clean spacious rooms. some lovely extra touches. Lovely artwork in all the rooms. Huge bed in main bedroom that will comfortably sleep 3. Ninja coffee machine, fire stick in two rooms. Balcony with BBQ, chairs and view of mountain

Came here for two days with my friends. Everyone went snowboarding and skiing — I don’t ski, so I planned to spend a nice day at the pool.

I came to the pool at 11:30, and it was cold. What’s the point of having a hot tub if it’s not hot?
They told me they were changing the water on a weekend. Why not do it at night instead of in the morning?

They said, “Come back in five hours when the hot tub warms up.” No apology, no solution, nothing.

If you’re coming here only to ski, the place is not bad — the location is about 15 minutes from the lifts.
But if you want to relax by the pool during the day, you won’t have that option.

Fantastic apartment for a stay in Whistler, part of the old Olympic Village accommodation, plenty of shops and food outlets / restaurants just across the road in a fully developed walking 'village'. The apartment shares a pool with all the units in the complex which is a decent size and heated, access from 9am-10pm. There is ample underground parking but limited to one space per apartment, but the space is guaranteed. There is a noise restriction in the area between 10pm and 6am.

Loved the experience! We shared a place with family and will be back. Weather prevented our helicopter ride, but next time. A lot of walking around but many options to experience and try in the villages. Parking was secure and easy, rules reasonable.
