Unit 307 was fantastic. Good thing the management company called us before hand to set up our arrival. We loved the garage accessibly to keep us away from the exterior elements. We are able to arrived back to our unit dry and warm.

Great spaces for my family of 6. Nice touch with refreshment station. Only thing 10 am check out was brutal early.

We rented Snowbird 304 through Whistler Platinum. The House was ideal for a friend's skii trip, we were 6 adults (but I must say one of the rooms is small for an adult couple as it has bunk beds) I would recommend it either for 5 adults, or 2 couples and 2 children.

The kitchen was so well equipped and had everything we needed to cook every day during our stay, that we barely left the house to have dinner at the village as we were so happy there.

The house is modern, fully renovated, and clean, with a very lean minimalistic design, it has an amazing reading little corner.

The village shuttle stops right at the door of the complex so no need for long walks with the skii boots.

As always Whistler's Platinum guest services were amazing!!!!!!!!

The location of this apartment building is very convenient because it is near Whistler village. It is also a short bike ride away from Lost Lake. Whiski Jack owns several nearby buildings, too and there are full-time residents, owners, renters, and time-share owners taking the apartments. The apartments themselves come is many different sizes. Ours was 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. It had a washer/dryer and a parking spot. Everything was very well taken care of, although there wasn't much lighting throughout the house. The timeshare (owned by my grandparents) is for one week in August, prime mountain biking season. Unfortunately, haze from nearby forest fires muted the normally beautiful scenery. In the village, you can find restaurants, bike and ski rentals, the gondola and chairlifts up the mountain, adventure rentals, sweet shops, and many clothing stores, along with a supermarket or two. My family and I used our Snowbird apartment as our home base, our relaxation space after a day of sightseeing or hiking. Another great amenity is the hot tub, which is accessed with a code given upon arrival. The hot tub is rarely misused and very safe. My personal opinion is that the water was a bit too hot for me. Otherwise, I had an amazing week of summer in Whistler!

I’m not sure why Snowbird is rated so low. It was an amazing place to stay for a whole week of skiing. The house vas very cozy, we were 10 adults fitting comfortably and the bus line 5 picks you right at the door! That was priceless. We enjoyed the hot tub, the view and the very convenient location.

Photos do not match quality of units. Ours was tired looking and bathrooms that had not had a proper cleaning in some time. Stained shower curtain and dirt in the corners... Had to laugh at fine for hypoallergenic cleaning fee if you smoked or brought a pet which we didn’t - our grandson sneezed and was stuffed up the entire time due to the embedded dust in furniture and carpet. Washer and dryer need updating also. Two stars are for the location and the beauty outside the window.
