Nice hot tub pool and sauna. Rooms are clean and nicely stocked and the garden level rooms are 😍

Good location. Parking garage is terrible - tiny spots, tight manoeuvres. In place of staff they have key codes. Entering the building, entering the garage, entering the stairs even to re-enter from the pool requires a 12 digit code! It’s tiring and stressful. They time out so fast, so imagine being in your bathing suit in the cold frantically trying to get in. Or holding all your ski gear trying to get into the locker room - not the ski lock, just the room itself! After you just entered the code for the exterior door too. It’s so annoying. Absolutely no regard given for the user experience.

We got the big 2 bedroom condo. The hot tub was nice. Just cold to get into. Really big hot tub. The room had a nice comfortable feel. Very spacious room. Kitchen was fully stocked. The laundry machine in room was a nice bonus. Parking was tight though. Got to check in early which was nice.

[EDIT: We've stayed with different host in the same complex. Our review is for that specific unit. Overall, this is an amazing place to stay when you're in the Creekside area!]

Our unit requires some maintenance. Like other reviews said, there's no A/C. We were lucky we didn't come when the temps were high. Our unit was right by the pool, and it can get a little loud during the day. But that's expected. This is our second time staying here, and we have no regrets even if small things weren't up to our expectations.
