Our family stayed in a suite on the 4th floor. The studio was clean and had everything for a comfortable stay: kitchenware, toaster, kettle and even a French press with a pack of coffee, plenty of towels, iron, a couple of foldable chairs. The view from the balcony is great!
The location is also super convenient: just a couple of minutes' walk to the Olympic plaza with lots of entertainment, a great playground for kids, plenty of restaurants and shops. Having a grocery store just across the street is great if you plan to cook yourself.
The parking is also available for extra charge, but the parking spots are quite narrow.

This place is absolutely worth the stay. I stayed here for 3 days and felt so homely. I really enjoyed staying there. With the mountain views from my balcony and the proximity is near to all amenities is a game changer. I cannot tell in words how satisfied I am . Thank you Alpenglow for the wonderful stay. Staffs were so good. Overall it was the best stay

We stayed for two nights in a studio with den on the second floor. Sara pleasantly checked us in with efficiency. Our garage code did not work the first time, so my husband went up and got a new code. It still didn't work, so I went up and got a third code; that one worked. Later, my son couldn't get into the garage with his bike, so I went down and jumped on the hose to let him in as the code failed again. I went to the desk to inform them and was met with indifference (it was NOT Sara) and dismissiveness. The room was well appointed; nice decor, cute little details and notes. Even found a note in the freezer. It was clean and we appreciated the extra pillows and towels in the room. Unfortunately, there was another tech problem -- the wifi in our room wasn't working, so we 'stole' it from another room. While we have data, I wanted the wifi for a Teams meeting. Nice condo with quality dishes, mugs, cutlery, etc. Too bad the building is technology challenged.

We stayed at The Alpenglow Building from Boxing Day until 2nd Jan 2026.
The Location is very convenient, close to the village but also quiet. The facilities are handy with lock up area in basement for ski equipment, washing machine and dryer and a gym.
There is a Aussie bakery next door with great pies and a cafe with good coffee. It is also very close to the supermarket. Highly recommend.
