Whether you’re craving cozy comfort food after a fall hike or bike, or a refined, multi-course dinner, Whistler’s restaurants are serving big flavours for food lovers.

A staple of the Whistler dining scene, Rimrock Cafe has been around for 39 years. Experience attentive service, elegant atmosphere and delicious, seasonal dishes that focus on local ingredients with their three-course special for $69, available every day except Saturdays from 5:30 PM. There’s also 20% off bottles of wine!

Araxi Restaurant & Oyster Bar
A culinary cornerstone in the heart of Whistler Village, Araxi boasts excellence in every part of its dining experience. The price for their four-course prix fixe menu is the number of years they’ve been operating, an impressive 44.
Although Araxi is one of Whistler’s top fine-dining restaurants, there’s nothing uptight about the atmosphere, and during the fall the vibe is warm, cozy and welcoming. Their menus are incredibly interlinked with local producers, and the fall is a time for innovation as the fall bounty comes into its own. Experience their fall, four-course dinner for $44, available daily.

Wild Blue Restaurant + Bar
Similar to Araxi, Wild Blue is offering a four-course fall dining menu for $43, from 5 PM daily. Relish in this upscale, seafood-forward, locally inspired dining experience accompanied by attentive service in a luxury setting. With coastal influences from Italy, France and the Pacific Northwest, Wild Blue is a must-try.
Bearfoot Bistro
Calling all lobster lovers! The Bearfoot’s Lobsterfest is back this fall with a three-course, prix fixe menu for $88, daily. If you’re not into lobster, don’t worry, there are lots of other seasonal options to try!
The Grill Room & The Wildflower at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler
Fancy a dip with dinner? Fairmont Chateau Whistler is offering access to its pool and fitness area (after 5 PM) to those dining with them this fall at either The Grill Room (four courses for $59) or The Wildflower (three courses for $49).

Alta Bistro
Alta Bistro is where to go for a true farm-to-table experience. The team there is passionate about local produce and is offering a three-course menu for $49 daily. We featured Alta Bistro in our Whistler Changemaker video series, if you fancy digging into that.

The Den’s 5-course fall menu has returned, crafted with locally farmed and foraged ingredients and available for just $59 per person, daily from 5 PM. They are also doing a cellar sell-off, so you can enjoy 50% off bottles of wine to pair with your meal.

Bar Oso
Bar Oso is bringing back its popular, Taste of Spain three-course $29 prix fixe menu. Crafted by Executive Chef Jorge Muñoz Santos and Culinary Director James Walt, it brings the flavours of Spain to the heart of Whistler. Each week, Executive Chef Jorge will share a different aspect of his culture with a three-course menu, available Sunday through Thursday.

Lorette Brasserie
The newest restaurant on the Whistler dining scene, Lorette, is a beautifully decorated, modern, French bistro-style option. Great for dates, meeting up with friends and special occasions, it’s owned by a local family who also run Quattro and Caramba. This fall, they’re offering three courses for $30, with a Happy Hour between 5 and 6 PM. This is also a fantastic place for breakfast and brunch, open from 9 AM to 1 PM.

Rrrrraaaaaahhhhhh! Known as the house of the jaguar, BALAM is one of Whistler’s newest (and funkiest) restaurants. The fall prix fixe menu is three courses, but FIVE dishes, for $40 with a mix of popular items from their menu, with some exciting new additions.

Located in the Upper Village, Nagomi Sushi is a laid-back spot known for serving the freshest fish in Whistler. This fall, their $39 four-course special delivers excellent value with generous portions. Available daily from 5 PM, they offer a variety of options for each course, with the chance to upgrade certain dishes.

Harajuku Izakaya
Harajuku Izakaya, the only Izakaya restaurant in Whistler, has a three-course menu for $30 is available daily from 5 PM (dine-in only). This is a great spot for groups with authentic, booth seating to get you all chatting and is incredible value. I’d highly recommend the Brussels sprouts, complete with Harajuku’s secret garlic sauce.

For another sumptuous steak option, try Hy’s Steakhouse this fall with their four-course menu from $59.95, available from 4 PM Sunday through Thursday. Their dark mahogany colour palette and intimate lighting combine, creating a luxurious atmosphere. Start your evening early with Hy’s Happy Hour with 30% off the lounge menu available daily from 4 PM to 5:30 PM and 8:30 PM until close.

La Brasserie des Artistes
With a patio overlooking the Village Stroll, La Brasserie invites you to indulge in a cheese fondue for two with a bottle of wine for $70, every day from 3 PM. Monday through Wednesday, they also have single Caesars for $6, doubles for $9.

The fall is a beautiful time to visit the mountains; the pace is more relaxed, the colours of the mountains are stunning, and there are deals to be had.
