Award-winning executive Chef James Walt of Whistler restaurant Araxi crafts exclusive four-course menus that showcase his internationally recognized farm-to-table creations. With wine pairings by Araxi wine director Samantha Rahn, 2013 Sommelier of the Year, and service orchestrated by renowned restaurant director Neil Henderson, the Longtable Dinners are the open-air dining event of the summer.

Tickets $159 plus tax and gratuity. The 2015 Pemberton dinner will see the longest Araxi Longtable staged at North Arm Farm to date. Here guests have the opportunity to meet the farmers and suppliers, and tour the organic fields where, just hours before, the local produce is picked for Chef Walt’s extraordinary menu.
