Start with a soothing eucalyptus steam bath or wood burning sauna and then a cool off with a quick plunge in a cold bath or Nordic waterfalls. The last step is to relax in the solarium (or on a hammock in the summer) or by the outdoor fireplaces. The hot/cold baths are repeated three times for maximum benefit, so take your time and go at your own pace. Scandinave also offers various types of massage to complement the baths experience.
