The Bearfoot Bistro has become a Whistler destination all its own over the past few years.
Their amazing cellar contains more thanr 14 000 bottles, 1,300 labels, with bottles ranging in price from $40 to $16,000, plus more than 85 champagnes and a wide selection of wines by the glass.
This year brought more medals in the "Best Whistler" categories at the Vancouver Magazine Restaurant Awards. The Globe & Mail advised its readers not to miss it, while City Food Magazine called the Bearfoot "Whistler's most sophisticated eatery." New York's Practical Gourmet gave the Bearfoot its prestigious four star rating.
The 75-seat Bearfoot Bistro radiates warmth with tall leather chairs, dark wood, and top jazz acts on summer weekends - nightly during the winter.
Writing in Wine Access magazine, Anthony Gismondi called the Bearfoot "the most memorable restaurant experience in Canada."
