Executive chef, Hans Stierli, has created an eclectic selection of menus that include westcoast seafood and salmon favourites to warming comfort food selections of grilled meats and rustic pizza and pasta entrees.
With floor-to-ceiling windows that command views of the majestic snow-crested Rainbow and Sproat Mountains, seating in the Aubergine Grill will spill over in the summer months to the landscaped terrace that overlooks the vistas of greenery in the area.
