Me and my family have been customers for years . We were on holiday for a few days. The girls and I went in a total of probably 6-7 times during the two days we rode at whistler . Since it’s one of the nicer stores there . We’re also very indecisive and before we made up our minds we wanted to walk around more and see what else we found . We ended up buying a few items . Walking in we was not the warmest experience. Most of the times received a fake welcoming . There were a few nice people I will say that . But we were annoyed because they kept following and watching our every move . Probably because they thought we were going to steal something. It made our experience very uncomfortable . I’m sure they probably have experienced people stealing and it’s their job to be careful but they ruin our time there . I will never go back, they lost a few customers . Which probably doesn’t mean a lot because they have lots of them . I’ve worked in retail when I was younger and the most important thing is to make sure a customer feels welcome and also help them in whatever they need . I would give a zero if I could!

Good customer service. They give you helpful suggestions which I have not seen in stores in Vancouver. They will help out as much as possible. Loved the staff demeanour and learned something useful for my personal needs. Will shop here always when I will be visiting Whistler.

I was blown away by the customer service at the Lululemon Whistler location. Annie specifically spent a lot of time with me, helping me select a new wardrobe, making me feel comfortable and leaving me entertained with her dynamic personality. Further, the entire team of the floor this day (June 7th), was helpful, supportive and kind.

Beautiful LULU Location with a wide variety of options. We enjoyed shopping at Whistler Village location so many times and it’s always great service and enjoyable shopping.
The staff are super friendly. I asked them if I could do something to ensure my make-up doesn’t get on the white bralette I was trying and to my surprise they had the face and head cover to offer which was great.

Whistler location is great, staff is so friendly and polite. Jack and Lucy helped me find the exact products I was looking for.
Would definitely recommend going here if you're a lulu fan like me.
