Sam and her team at Whistler Reception has been great to deal with for me, as a property owner. I was getting bullied by the management company of my timeshare property and sought out a service that could check-in my guests. Sam and her team were great. They are professional, have a very thorough and well written contract that is fair, and they worked with me on customizing to my particular needs. I will definitely use them in the future.

Very lovely people. We use this front desk all the time since 2015. There is a bit of turnover on the staff in spring and fall. You have to be more patient while the new staff learns all the ins and outs. They learn quickly and by the time the busy season comes they take care of our guest like super heroes.

Stayed in an apartment that we rented through Airbnb that Whistler Reception Services managed. Was charged a $150 fee after we returned the keys even though we contacted Whistler Reception Services and made arrangements to courier the key back. The contract said if we returned the key, we would get our deposit back.
Good thing I sent it registered mail so I know they received it. Ended up writing a bad review for our Airbnb host, and having to call VISA for fraudulent charges.

Do not give them your MasterCard number the fraudulently charge your card one month after you've been there
