The staffs were friendly and knowledgeable.
I booked online in advance and could get all the gears within 10-15mins. I enjoyed my first snowboarding! They even helped my boyfriend to assemble his own board with bindings??

Great and accommodating service by these men. I was unable to book online with short notice but I walked in and they gave me solutions and a great price for me and my brother. Definitely go here before checking out the other places

Had an amazing experience. Booked online and got 20% off. We explored a lot of nearby bik rentals, and found this place to have the best rate for e-bikes.
The e-bikes we got were new too. They had amazing seats, good battery life and the bikes had good speed control too (both for uphill and downhill).
Overall, no complaints!

Came here to rent 5 cruiser bikes for our family for the day. Very reasonable rates and friendly staff who helped us adjust the bikes for each person in our group. We tried the Valley trail and had a fantastic time (must have biked close to 40 km, which is a lot for us city folk). Thanks for helping make our trip to Whistler so much fun!

I rented from Spicy Ski Rental for one day to hit the mountain. When I rented I asked the important questions. “Where do I return my equipment and what do I do with my shoes?”
The answer i was given was “you bring your equipment back to the other location and don’t worry your shoes get brought over for you.”
There was no clarification that there is a “return location” the words used were “other location.”
Okay, so end of day I see the other location, I bring my stuff. And the customer service I got was absolutely horrendous. One staff said yeah you can bring it here just write your name down. Then I was told to take a seat. Which I waited at for a moment to see if there would be any info from anyone to do with anything. Then I went to the front and said “hey, here’s my boots, where do I get my shoes?” The reply I got back was the most condescending possible and said “nobody is going to move your shoes for you, they are where you left them?” To which I replied I absolutely was told they would be moved for me. The tone of the conversation was egregious.
Given the information that I received, the actions that I took made total sense. The insulting tone at the end was the cherry on top.
Absolutely garbage.
Staff was too busy chatting with themselves about their partying the night before. More than enough staff on site and appalling customer service. I own businesses. Customer service at my businesses are amazing. Quality communication is important. Professionalism is crucial. Everything sucked from that perspective. Wow!
